Q. How do I order a print?
A. It's simple, just click on the painting/image you like, then click on 'Add to Basket', this will take you into Paypal ,then select how many prints you would like, confirm your order, make a secure payment and wait for the product to arrive within 7 working days.
Q. What's the difference between an original and a print?A. The actual Alkyd painting is called the 'Original', but a print consists of my painting being professionlly photographed, transferred to a PC and retouched for colour correctness, then reproduced on the finest Giclee paper.
Q. What type of quality and materials are used for the prints?A. I only use the best HahneMuller 250gsm Archival Natural Cotton paper with light fast pigment based inks.
Q. I live in Vancouver, Canada, how do I receive my print?A. When asked for a delivery address, this will taken into account when formulating in the price, we use FedEx/DHL and Parcel Line to make sure your product reaches you in prime condition, where ever you are.
Q. How secure is my transaction?A. All payments are made through Paypal, an internationally known Secure Online Payment company.
Q. Is the delivery insured against loss or damage?A. Yes, the utmost care is taken with your print, with the couriers requiring a signature when you receive your product, to ensure correct delivery.
